My name is Wendy Salajka (suh/ /like/ /uh). I am a life-long observer of people and a student of psychology and neuroscience both formally and informally. I have both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology and certifications in Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ), Neuroscience of Change Neuropsychology, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Life Coaching, and Brain Health Coaching & Human Design.

I was born in New York and that is where my early foundation was set and raised in the Chicago Suburbs where I still live today.
I am an ex-radio talk show host and I am currently in the process of writing two books. “The 5 Guiding Principles” and “The 5 Core Skills”.
